PKF Investment Banking (https://www.pkfib.com/) is seeking an experienced Managing Director to join our growing M&A advisory practice. This role offers a high degree of autonomy for a senior banker who excels at client development, transaction leadership, and relationship-driven advisory work.

At PKF Investment Banking, we are focused on providing the highest level of M&A advisory services to privately held family- and founder-owned companies with revenue between $15 million and $350 million in a diverse group of industries. Our practice is built around senior-level execution, thoughtful advice, and customized transaction processes designed to meet the specific needs of business owners.

This is a unique opportunity to join an entrepreneur-minded firm which is supported by a private equity-backed leading accounting and advisory platform. In this position, you will have the ability to significantly impact the firm’s expansion and success.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Originate and execute sell-side and strategic M&A transactions for privately owned companies
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to founders, entrepreneurs, and family-owned businesses
  • Lead transaction teams through all phases of the M&A process
  • Develop and maintain long-term senior-level client relationships
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and firm growth strategies
  • Mentor and develop junior team members
Qualifications
  • 15+ years of investment banking experience, with a strong focus on middle market M&A
  • Demonstrated success in transaction origination and execution
  • Established business community network
  • Strong leadership, judgment, and client management skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or equivalent preferred
  • Series 63 and 79 licenses
