The ideal candidate must have 1-6 years of experience with mergers and acquisitions. Candidates with experience and interest in private equity will be prioritized. Ideal candidates will have strong skills in drafting and negotiating transaction documents, managing client relationships, supervising junior associates, and handling day-to-day demands and workflow requirements of a variety of clients with sophisticated needs. High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school required.
