Job Summary:
InterSources Inc. is a Certified Diverse Supplier offering innovative solutions for Digital Transformations. They are seeking an Abinitio Developer to work with various Abinitio components and support parallelism techniques while leveraging strong SQL and Unix shell scripting skills.
Responsibilities:
• Work with various Abinitio components such as Rollup, Scan, Join, Partition by key, Partition by Round Robin, Gather, Merge, Sort, Lookup, etc.
• Support various Abinitio parallelism techniques, Abinitio Graphs using Data, and Pipeline Component parallelisms.
• Expertise in SQL and Unix shell scripting. - Knowledge of Abinitio air commands and m commands.
• Work on Abinitio BRE Business Rule Environment or ACE Application Configuration Environment is desirable.
• Support on Abinitio Operation Console and Abinitio parallelism techniques, Abinitio Graphs using Data, and Pipeline Component parallelisms.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Should have a minimum of 7+ years of Abinitio Development experience with 3+ years in a Technical/Team lead role
• Spanish speaking compulsory
• Having Strong Technical knowledge of Abinitio Product Suite including Graph and Plan development using GDE, Express IT app config, BRE rules maintenance/addition, EME check-in, check-out, and EME commands (m utilities and air commands), Control Center and Autosys scheduler for job definitions, execution
• Excellent knowledge of Abinitio components such as Rollup, Normalize, Sort, and parallelism concepts (PBK, PBRR, etc, and Gather, Merge, Concatenate, etc)
• Strong technical skills in Unix shell scripting
• Good debugging skills on Abinitio code, performance tuning mechanisms
• Experience with various Abinitio parallelism techniques, Abinitio Graphs using Data, and Pipeline Component parallelisms.
• Strong knowledge in Constructing AbInitio Plans.
• Strong in SQL/PL SQL and writing queries with Oracle DB
• Experience in Conduct It, generic graphs, PSETs, PDLs, and Complex Ab initio graphs.
• Hands-on experience in setting up complex data pipelines for complex data processing in very large volumes.
• Experience in analyzing complex graphs and providing solutions for performance improvement.
• Experience in using Scheduling tools like Autosys, and Control Center.
• Experience and expertise in SQL and Unix shell scripting.
• Working experience in Abinitio BRE Business Rule Environment or ACE Application Configuration Environment is desirable.
• Ability to Lead and Manage team and Interact with End users & clients.
• Proficient in creating documentation related to Project Architecture, Project end User Manual, and Operations Hand-off guide. Good knowledge of Quality processes.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science.
• Excellent written, presentation, and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to identify creative ways to achieve solutions.
• Mandatory Certification: Ab-initio Exercise
Preferred:
• Knowledge of the Abinitio Operation Console is optional.
