    • Outpatient clinic
    • Procedures at ASC
    • Travel to nearby regional clinics required
  • Practice Type: Multispecialty clinic; team-based, collaborative modelCandidate Requirements
    • MD/DO from accredited institution
    • Pain Fellowship (ACGME-accredited) – Required
    • Board Certified or Eligible
    • Eligible for unrestricted PA license
    • DEA certification
