This position is responsible for accurate, precise, and timely collection of laboratory samples and testing as required. Laboratory Supervisors are responsible for assuring compliance and meeting all regulatory requirements consistent with the quality of a World Class Laboratory. This position will be required to perform Human Resources functions, which may include scheduling and job performance reviews. The Laboratory Supervisor Support Services will be required to exhibit excellent customer service skills in line with Mercy Signature Service in all internal and external customer interactions. Mercy Leaders are required to exhibit Mercy Leadership Attributes.
