Mercy Flights is hiring multiple Paramedics!

Summary The Paramedic provides competent, compassionate basic and advanced life support care on both emergency and non-emergency calls, in accordance with written or verbal physician orders. This role functions as part of a collaborative team with a partner, other out-of-hospital medical providers, hospital staff, and first responders.

Education Required:

  • Associate's degree in Paramedicine, or equivalent education and experience required to obtain:
    • Oregon Paramedic License
    • Transitional Paramedic License
    • Oregon Health Authority (OHA) Reciprocity

Required Certifications & Licensure

  • Oregon Paramedic License, Transitional Paramedic License, or eligibility for OHA Reciprocity
  • National Registry Paramedic (NRP) certification (required for Transitional or Reciprocity applicants)
  • Valid Oregon Driver's License
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS or PEPP certifications
