What You Will Do
- Design and implement methodologies to establish product performance and ensure testability.
- Define comprehensive test and validation plans to achieve target test coverage and optimize test time.
- Develop, debug, and document complex test software and hardware for Automated Test Equipment.
- Participate in new design troubleshooting efforts and provide recommendations to the product team.
- Analyze test and characterization data, including performing statistical analysis to drive improvements.
- Conduct test program optimization and robustness studies to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer to the manufacturing engineering team for seamless production ramp-up.
- Analyze results during reliability studies to ensure long-term product performance.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field.
- Working knowledge of analog and digital circuit design principles.
- Proficiency with laboratory equipment for characterization and debug.
- Experience in software development, ideally with C/C++.
- Demonstrated experience with Automated Test Equipment, with a preference for Teradyne Eagle systems.
- Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand how individual tasks align with larger project schedule and goals.
- Capable of independent problem solving, bringing original ideas to the team, and making sound judgment calls.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in developing and training junior engineers on technical skills and best practices.
