Job description

P6 Planner / Scheduler

We are seeking a P6 Planner / Scheduler for assignment in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. The selected candidate will perform planning, scheduling and validation on EPCMV life-cycle projects in the Life Sciences and Bio-Pharma industries.

Hours are Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm

This position is on-site. Candidates must have Primavera P6 experience in order to be considered. Pharma experience is required (i.e. Merck, Eli Lilly, J&J, Novo Nordisk, Novartis, Amgen, Roche, Spark).

Responsibilities

- Facilitates multi-company interactive planning sessions

- Creates, updates and analyzes CPM schedules and recommends work-arounds and schedule improvement ideas

- Communicates schedule status on a regular basis via formal and informal meetings and reports

- Interacts with engineering and construction personnel to understand and communicate issues and conflicts that impact the schedule

- Collaboratively work with PM and CMs using the schedule as a tool to help deliver the project on schedule

- Coordinate the project's earned value system with schedule updates

Qualifications

- High School Diploma or GED

- 15+ years of Planning / Scheduling experience on EPC projects

- Experience working inside the Primavera P6 scheduling tool and Schedule Analysis / Acumen Fuse

- Experience with interactive planning sessions

- Ability to develop schedule analysis presentations both graphically, written and verbally

- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)

- Pharma experience is required (i.e. Merck, Eli Lilly, J&J, Novo Nordisk, Novartis, Amgen, Roche, Spark)
