Enterprise IT (EIT) is an essential component of the IT organization, supporting Enabling Functions across the enterprise by driving future-state objectives. EIT plays a pivotal role in identifying and leveraging emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), to modernize operations, enhance decision-making, and deliver innovative solutions that drive business value.
The IT Digital Transformation Lead for Source to Pay Solutions will partner with global business leaders within Global Supplier Management Group (GSMG) to shape and advance strategies and digital solutions to enable business transformation and operational excellence. This role will drive cross-functional activities and foster collaboration to accelerate divisional and enterprise-wide initiatives.
Responsibilities
  • Foster strategic partnership with GSMG business colleagues to align the vision and strategy, translating business requirements into actionable digital solutions and intuitive user experiences
  • Drive strategic digital solutions across an end-to-end experience in partnership with the Data, Strategy, & Insights (DS&I) organization to modernize and transform the organizational source-to-pay capabilities, including identifying and implementing automation and AI opportunities to optimize processes, enhance decision-making, and improve operational efficiency
  • Design and continuously optimize the complete source-to-pay journey from requisition to payment, ensuring optimal experiences across all user personas including employees, buyers, suppliers, approvers, and procurement professionals
  • Deliver seamless, intuitive user experiences for both internal stakeholders and external suppliers across all digital touchpoints and interaction channels
  • Cultivate strategic vendor partnerships to leverage emerging platform capabilities, co-innovate on source-to-pay solutions, and drive transformation by proactively assessing orchestration capabilities and aligning functional orchestration with Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities across the enterprise to meet future organizational needs and industry best practices
  • Partner with Risk & Compliance colleagues to enhance the supplier risk digital solutions and integrations, delivering improved user experiences and streamlined risk assessment processes
  • Collaborate with EIT Product Line Leads and IT divisional leaders to synchronize activities, timelines, and dependencies and ensure alignment for key initiatives, such as Third Party Risk or Restrictive Party Screening
  • Maintain a deep understanding of evolving business and technology trends, leveraging an outside-in perspective to proactively identify emerging focus areas and opportunities for technology enablement that drive competitive advantage and business value
  • Champion value realization by ensuring rigorous prioritization of initiatives that maximize investment returns and deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Communicate strategy and facilitate buy-in with key business stakeholders for digital innovation initiatives
  • Work with the network of technology partners, architects, and other IT divisions to align business priorities, identify synergies, and explore cross-divisional solution opportunities
  • Manage and coach individuals consisting of direct reports, indirect reports, and external partners
  • Act as a credible change agent to align our investments and roadmaps with the overall business strategy
  • Oversee the Value Team's portfolio of investments, including the development of business cases and follow-up on value realization
  • Drive organizational change and cultivate a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration
  • Champion transparent financial and governance reporting by ensuring timely, complete, and accurate communication of issues, risks, and status updates to all stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making across the organization

Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience leading and delivering large-scale, complex IT programs and projects within a global enterprise environment
  • Technical experience in data and AI
  • Deep knowledge of end-to-end Source to Pay processes, including sourcing, contracting, risk, compliance, supplier management, purchase orders, and invoice & payments, with the ability to translate process expertise into effective digital solutions
  • Proven ability to collaborate and lead in a cross-functional environment to achieve shared objectives, supported by excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong quantitative skills with the ability to leverage data and metrics to guide investment decisions and drive results
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in synthesizing and tailoring messages to audiences, including senior leaders

The salary range for this role is
$173,200.00 - $272,600.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
