  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure successful merchant launches.
  • Drive merchant activation and increase transaction volume after launch.
  • Develop local partnerships and co-marketing initiatives that accelerate merchant acquisition.
  • Represent GoBTC Pay at business events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Continuously gather market intelligence and competitor insights.
  • Report pipeline health, sales forecasts, and commercial performance to leadership.

  • Strong commercial negotiation skills.
  • Experience selling fintech, payments, SaaS, banking, crypto, or financial products.
  • Ability to build a pipeline independently.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias toward action.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Benefits

  • Professional growth: support for courses, conferences, and learning (up to 100% coverage).
  • Work-life fit: remote or hybrid format with flexible hours across international teams.
