Swipeify Payments is seeking ambitious, persuasive, and performance-driven Merchant Services Sales Executives to help businesses reduce processing costs, improve payment acceptance, and modernize their payment technology.

This is a high-income sales opportunity featuring one of the most competitive compensation structures in the merchant services industry. Sales professionals can participate in upfront revenue, recurring residual income, and company profit sharing. You will represent a complete portfolio of payment solutions, including credit card processing, POS systems, payment terminals, ecommerce gateways, virtual terminals, mobile payments, ACH processing, payment links, cash discount programs, and other merchant services.

We are looking for closers who can build trust, identify business needs, present valuable solutions, and develop long-term merchant relationships.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Highly competitive, performance-based compensation
  • 50% revenue-sharing opportunity on eligible revenue generated from your accounts
  • Recurring residual sharing on eligible activated merchant accounts
  • Upfront earning opportunities from eligible onboarding bonuses, equipment sales, leases, and other account revenue
  • Employee profit-sharing opportunities, subject to eligibility and plan requirements
  • Insurance and employee benefits scheduled to begin in November 2026, subject to eligibility, enrollment requirements, and applicable plan terms
  • Sales training, product education, and ongoing leadership support
  • Opportunities for advancement into sales leadership and management

Compensation is earned and paid according to the company’s written compensation plan. Eligibility may depend on merchant approval, account activation, revenue collection, continued employment, performance standards, and other applicable plan requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and engage business owners across a variety of industries
  • Develop new merchant relationships through outbound calling, networking, referrals, field sales, and digital outreach
  • Evaluate merchants’ current payment processing services, pricing, equipment, and operational needs
  • Obtain merchant processing statements and conduct preliminary cost and savings analyses
  • Present tailored payment solutions that address pricing, technology, funding, reporting, customer service, and business growth
  • Sell credit card processing, POS systems, EMV terminals, mobile payment solutions, ecommerce gateways, virtual terminals, ACH services, payment links, and related products
  • Explain processing rates, equipment options, program requirements, and account terms accurately and transparently
  • Prepare proposals and guide qualified merchants through the application and onboarding process
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, opportunities, follow-ups, and account status in the company CRM
  • Collaborate with underwriting, implementation, customer service, and leadership teams to support a smooth merchant experience
  • Meet or exceed established sales, activation, revenue, and performance objectives
  • Build lasting merchant relationships that support retention and recurring portfolio growth
  • Follow all company policies, card-brand rules, regulatory requirements, and ethical sales standards

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in merchant services, payment processing, POS sales, financial technology, B2B sales, telecommunications, payroll, banking, lending, or business services is preferred
  • Proven ability to prospect, present, negotiate, and close new business
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling and relationship management
  • Confidence communicating with business owners, executives, and decision-makers
  • Ability to explain technical products and pricing in clear, practical language
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, competitive, and accountable
  • Comfortable working toward measurable sales and activation goals
  • Strong follow-up, organization, and pipeline-management skills
  • Experience using CRM platforms and sales technology is preferred
  • Commitment to honest representation and exceptional merchant service

What Sets This Opportunity Apart

Many merchant services companies ask sales professionals to build valuable portfolios while retaining most of the revenue. Our shared-revenue model is designed to reward the people who create the relationships and generate the business.

Qualified sales professionals may participate in multiple revenue streams, including upfront compensation, recurring residual sharing, and company profit sharing. This creates an opportunity to earn on today’s sales while building recurring income from a growing portfolio of active merchant accounts.

Who We Are Looking For

You are not simply looking for another sales job. You want an opportunity where performance is recognized, income is not restricted by a traditional salary ceiling, and long-term merchant relationships can create recurring financial value.

If you are a disciplined closer with the ability to earn trust, solve business problems, and produce results, we want to speak with you.

Join Swipeify Payments and help shape the future of merchant services while building a meaningful book of business and an exceptional income opportunity.
