About the Team The LIVE E-commerce Operations team is committed to building a vibrant, trustworthy, and engaging marketplace in Tiktok, where customers discover and purchase. Our mission is to empower sellers and delight customers by defining and executing strategies for robust merchandise growth. We optimize the user journey across various shopping channels and work cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and category teams. We are the bridge between our sellers' needs and our platform's capabilities, constantly striving to create a seamless and prosperous ecosystem for all. You will own the development of merchant education systems and operational methodologies, leverage AI to improve efficiency and quality, and work cross-functionally to unlock growth opportunities across the live ecosystem Responsibilities - Build a deep understanding of TikTok Shop live features, and develop scalable education content and operational playbooks (e.g., articles, videos, FAQs). Expand distribution channels and track effectiveness. - Provide training for internal teams and external merchants/creators, including Q&A support, issue troubleshooting, and online/offline sessions. - Identify user needs through research and feedback, translate insights into product improvements, and drive adoption of live product features. - Apply AI across workflows such as content creation, Q&A support, and case analysis; explore AI-driven tools or workflows to scale impact.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 2+ years of experience in internet/tech operations or product roles; - Ability to break down complex problems into actionable solutions and develop repeatable methodologies - Ability to apply AI in practical business scenarios, such as content generation (e.g., education materials, scripts, case analysis), workflow automation, or using AI tools/agents to improve efficiency (hands-on project experience preferred) - Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills, with solid data analysis capabilities Preferred Qualifications - Experience in e-commerce or live commerce is a plus - Experience with creator ecosystems or content based commerce.

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $115520 - $198360 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
