Job description

Postmedia Distribution Solutions is the largest distributor of books and magazines in Canada. We strive every day to simplify the complex, deliver the impossible, and move business forward.

We are always looking for individuals who are hardworking, self-motivated and reliable. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!

We have 1 opening in New Westminster, BC (7.5 hours/week on Monday) for in-store book and magazine merchandiser. No deliveries required; training will be provided. If you are reliable and able to work independently this could be the job for you! You must have access to a smartphone, internet and have your own transportation.

Wage:

  • $18.25/hr

Duties:

  • Follow planograms and ensure merchandise displays are accurate and appeasing
  • Ensures promotional set-ups and proper signage are implemented within a timely manner to company standard
  • Re-orders stock where appropriate
  • Ensure your work area is kept tidy and organized
  • Works under the guidance and takes direction from the Merchandising Supervisor
  • Other duties as required

  • Ability to work independently and produce quality work
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40lbs
