Job Overview

The Manager, Operations & Style Merchandise Execution is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience through strong merchandise presentation that is visually compelling and inspiring. This role leads teams across style merchandise execution, omnichannel fulfillment, and product movement, to ensure product is customer-ready, and available whenever and wherever the customer chooses to shop. The Manager hires, coaches, and develops an inclusive team while driving sales, profit, and operational excellence through strong leadership, planning, and execution.

What You Will Do

  • Drive sales and profit through strong execution of merchandise presentation, pricing, signage, visual standards, and event setup
  • Lead merchandising, brand standards, and initiatives to create inspiring customer experiences
  • Interpret and execute seasonal and monthly merchandising and execution guides tailored to store architecture and assortment
  • Plan and direct receiving, processing, and movement of merchandise while maintaining back-of-house standards
  • Manage inventory flow, placement, stockroom organization, and reverse logistics
  • Lead and execute omnichannel operations, including BOPIS/BOSS fulfillment, and merchandise logistics
  • Ensure achievement of service level agreements (SLAs) for omni fulfillment and curbside operations
  • Build strong relationships with team members to drive key omni and customer experience metrics
  • Partner cross-functionally with Visual, Business Administration, Asset Protection, and brand partners on safety, audits, RFID, and execution standards
  • Foster an inclusive, respectful environment that supports engagement, accountability, and performance
  • Train, coach, and develop leaders and associates on operational, service, and merchandising standards
  • Interview, hire, train, manage, coach, develop, evaluate, and discipline direct and indirect reports
  • Work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Visual & Merchandise Execution: Expertise in merchandising standards, trend execution, pricing, signage, and visual presentation

Operational Excellence: Strong understanding of omnichannel fulfillment, product movement, and inventory management

Strategic Thinking: Ability to plan workload, prioritize initiatives, and execute against business needs

Customer Experience Focus: Commitment to delivering an elevated omni and in-store customer experience

Leadership: Ability to lead, coach, and develop teams across operations and merchandising execution

People Management: Experience hiring, training, and managing performance for direct and indirect reports

Communication: Clear and effective communicator and collaborator

Sense of Urgency & Collaboration: Thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and works effectively with others

Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft suite, computers, and handheld devices

Who You Are

  • Candidates with a High School diploma or equivalent are encouraged to apply
  • 3–5 years of management experience in a retail environment
  • Ability to perform physical requirements including lifting 30 lbs., standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, and reaching
  • Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
