Description
ESC has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Merchandiser to support a music and entertainment business focused on driving new revenue initiatives. As part of a New Business Revenue team, this role will support merchandise operations, reporting, and vendor onboarding while partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders. This position is ideal for a data-driven professional with retail operations experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment within music and entertainment. This is a 6-month contract role in Miami, FL.
Job Description:
• Support merchandise initiatives across new business revenue streams
• Build and maintain dashboards to track performance and sales metrics
• Analyze retail and merchandising data to support decision-making
• Communicate insights, results, and performance updates to senior leadership
• Support onboarding of new merchandise vendors
• Track and support execution of merchandise sales initiatives
• Partner closely with revenue, operations, and cross-functional teams
• Maintain accurate reporting and documentation
• Support ad hoc analysis and operational projects as needed
Must Have Qualifications:
• 3-4 years of strong professional experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Retail operations experience
• Proven ability to communicate results and insights to senior leadership
• Spanish language proficiency
Nice to Have Qualifications:
• Portuguese language proficiency (highly preferred)
• Prior experience working in a large, fast-paced organization
• Strong interpersonal skills paired with numerical and data storytelling abilities
