Job Description
The Analyst, Global CMS Sales Planning Excellence is a highly analytics-focused role responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing sales planning models, reports, and insights for the Global Commercial & Money Movement Solutions (CMS) organization. This role is centered on data analysis, excel-based modeling, and analytical rigor that supports global sales planning, client segmentation, customer feedback programs, and performance monitoring.
The analyst will spend most of their time building and maintaining excel-based models, preparing recurring and ad-hoc analytical outputs, validating and reconciling data, supporting client feedback surveys, and translating complex datasets into clear metrics, tables, and insights that support global CMS sales planning decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Planning, Modeling & Operating Model
  • Build, maintain, and enhance excel-based sales planning and segmentation models to support forecasting, target setting, and performance tracking.
  • Analyze and validate data related to sales role taxonomy, role mapping, and operating model alignment across internal systems.
  • Support client segmentation analysis and internal coverage model for all the regions.

Client Feedback Surveys & NPS Programs
  • Execute analytical components of global client feedback surveys, including contact list analysis, response tracking, results analysis, and action plan development.
  • Apply NPS methodology to track, analyze, and report on client feedback metrics, including support for maintaining and exceeding NPS targets.
  • Leverage Medallia to monitor response rates and generate insights for leadership.

Data Quality, Documentation & Business Transformation
  • Develop and maintain standardized reports, dashboards, and trackers in Excel and Power BI that consolidate multi-region data into consistent, leadership-ready outputs.
  • Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks across multiple data sources to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
  • Document data definitions, assumptions, and calculation logic to ensure analytical outputs are repeatable, scalable, and audit ready.
  • Support adoption of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to drive business transformation and analytical efficiency.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
  • 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of work experience with a bachelor's degree or at least 2 years of experience with an Advanced degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD/MD) or at least 1 year of work experience with a PhD.
  • 2+ years of experience in an analyst role with a strong emphasis on data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience in sales planning, sales operations, finance, or business analytics roles.
  • Advanced Excel skills are required, including complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, and working with large datasets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM is required, including extracting, validating, and analyzing data for reporting and planning purposes.
  • Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Strong team player, self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple analytical workstreams in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation. Active listening skills required.
  • Proficiency in Medallia is preferred, including response tracking, and insights generation.
  • Working knowledge of NPS methodology is preferred, including survey design principles, scoring, benchmarking, and action planning.
  • Ability to translate loosely defined business questions into structured analytical outputs.
  • Visa and financial/payment industry knowledge a plus.

The estimated salary range for this position is $89,200.00 to $ 138,600.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
