This is an immediate full-time day, fast paced position available. Responsible for incoming phone calls, Cashiering, and greeting customers. Automotive experience helpful. Entry level position with growth opportunity for the right candidate. We offer 401K, medical and paid time off.
 
 

Qualifications  

  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Professional personal appearance.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to meet company's production and quality standards.
  • Answer telephone, transfer calls, take messages, help customers when needed
  • Receipt money for service, finance, and sales
  • Maintains customer satisfaction at or above company standards
  • Processes paperwork on a timely basis
  • Sign out and keep good records for the books/Keys and dealer plates
  • Keep waiting area neat and stocked for customers
  • Communicate frequently via phone/email with sales management.
