Job description

ESSENTIONAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Coordinate field issue appointments
  • Gather required information from sales and Engineering on best way to fix field issue
  • Schedule with the provided contact
  • Prepare all required paperwork, tools and transportation
  • Perform field support requirements:
  • Photographing the RTU in question
  • Capturing all required dimensions
  • Note any obstructions, special features, etc.
  • Document what issue was with pictures and description uploaded to the MER.
  • Document measure and field issues details
  • Create a drawing using the captured dimensions
  • Upload drawing, photographs and other details to the appropriate job tracked
  • Inform the Inside Sales Account Manager that the measure has been completed.
  • Phone and computer work to coordinate and document measures and field work.

PERFORMANCE MEASURES:
  • Embraces and promotes CDI values
  • In general, is responsible for accurately performing the functions of all field support tasks.
  • Customer satisfaction

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be able to load, unload and handle a 65 lb. extension ladder
  • Must be able to carry a 30 lb. tool bag
  • Must be able to work in conditions from 0 F to 100 F
  • Must be able to talk with customers and coordinate what is needed to fix the issue.
  • Demonstrated application of CDI core values.

WORKING CONDITIONS / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
