They are responsible for managing teams, budgets, schedules, and ensuring that all MEP systems are installed and functioning according to project specifications and codes. Their role bridges the gap between design, engineering, and construction, ensuring seamless integration of these critical systems. What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an MEP Project Manager?

To thrive as an MEP Project Manager, you need a solid background in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, typically with a degree in engineering or construction management. These skills ensure that complex building projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to specification.

What are some common challenges MEP Project Managers face when coordinating multidisciplinary teams on complex construction projects?
