  • Oversee all phases of project management, including design, construction, permitting, occupancy, quality control, staffing, scheduling, closeout, and budget management
  • Provide strategic oversight across concurrent projects and ensure alignment with business objectives and client needs

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Lead, mentor, coach, and develop team members
  • Oversee resource allocation, staffing decisions, and performance evaluations

  • Monitor project progress against KPIs, analyze trends and root causes, and recommend solutions
