Overview 

The Server Assistant supports the rooftop service team by ensuring smooth table flow, polished guest experiences, and a clean, organized environment. This role keeps the floor moving, the vibes high, and the team supported during busy rooftop service. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Support servers by running food, clearing tables, resetting sections, and maintaining overall cleanliness. 
  • Deliver dishes and beverages with accuracy, warmth, and attention to detail. 
  • Anticipate guest needs by monitoring table progress and assisting with water service, condiments, and additional requests. 
  • Maintain rooftop ambiance by keeping service stations stocked, tidy, and ready for peak periods. 
  • Collaborate with servers, bartenders, and hosts to ensure seamless service and quick problemsolving. 
  • Uphold Kampers Rooftop standards for hospitality, cleanliness, and guest engagement. 

Qualifications 

  • Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required. 
  • Strong communication skills and a teamfirst mindset. 
  • Ability to stay organized and calm in a fastpaced, highvolume environment. 
  • Comfortable being on your feet and moving throughout the shift. 
  • Positive energy, reliability, and a genuine interest in creating memorable guest experiences. 

Working Conditions/Environment: 

  • The person having this position may have to stand and/or walk, push, kneel, bend, balance, squat, reach and stretch for eight (8) hours per day.
  • Agility in executing fast-paced movements to navigate different areas of the property efficiently.
  • The person having this responsibility may have to move, pull, carry, or lift objects weighing at least 50 pounds.
