Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are a fast paced, high energy environment with a team who works hard but has fun doing it.We tke pride in implementing and maintaining the 3C's of Crumbl: Cleanliness,Cookie Quality and Customer Experience.


The Shift Lead role will be responsible for leading a shift of mixers and bakers. No prior baker experience is necessary but is a plus! If you enjoy baking, have a positive attitude, are a team player and want to go home from work smelling like fresh-baked cookies, this job is for you!


Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Leading your team who is:

  • Operating various kitchen equipment: oven, mixer, etc.
  • Making dough, balling dough, frosting and decorating cookies
  • Maintaining proper storage of food products
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the facility

Ensuring quality standards are met

Communicating with General Manager and other shifts

Creating a positive customer experience


Must be 18 years or older for the Shfit Lead position.
