Job description

Aesthetic Registered Nurse

$40/hr base + $5/hr weekend differential · No overnights

You'll be the clinical expert patients trust to achieve results they didn't think were possible without surgery — owning every treatment relationship from first consult through long-term results.

What You'll Own

Your patient's full clinical journey — from initial skin assessment and treatment planning through follow-up care and long-term results. You'll build relationships with patients who come back because of you, not just the brand.

Day-to-day: performing laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments; conducting consultations; designing individualized treatment plans; documenting accurately; and partnering with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to run a seamless clinic floor.

You'll work with a custom EMR built for LaserAway — fully digital and designed to simplify charting so you stay focused on patients, not paperwork. And as we continuously add the latest FDA-cleared technologies to our treatment menu, you'll always be practicing at the forefront of aesthetic medicine.

Track A - Clinical Background

  • Current RN license (state-issued)
  • 1+ year acute care (ER, ICU, or Med-Surg)
  • Eager to build aesthetics skills — full training provided

Track B - Aesthetics Background

  • Current RN license (state-issued)
  • 2+ years in aesthetics practice
  • Looking for structure, volume, and a growth path
  • Professional, dependable, and genuinely patient-centered
  • Weekend availability required on a weekly basis
  • Comfortable in a high-volume clinic environment treating 15-25 patients per day.
  • Work at up to 3 assigned locations within a 30 mile radius- Arrowhead and Phoenix.
