About the Team
The Creative team brings the Rejuvenation brand to life through thoughtful, compelling visual storytelling across every customer touchpoint. We partner closely with Marketing, Ecommerce, Merchandising, Brand, and Retail teams to create engaging creative that inspires customers and supports business goals. As part of Williams-Sonoma, Inc., Rejuvenation is committed to exceptional design, craftsmanship, and creating meaningful customer experiences.
About the Role
The Manager, Marketing Creative leads the design and execution of marketing creative across email, paid and organic social, display advertising, and supporting print and site marketing needs. This player/coach role spends approximately 60% of time designing while managing a team of designers, partnering closely with Marketing and Brand to translate campaign briefs into engaging creative that supports business objectives and delivers a consistent brand experience across channels.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the creative development and execution of marketing assets across email, paid and organic social, display advertising, and supporting print and site marketing as needed.
  • Personally design high-quality marketing creative while providing creative direction and guidance to a team of designers.
  • Design and edit light motion graphics and video content for digital marketing channels, including social media, paid advertising, email, and other customer-facing campaigns.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of graphic designers through regular feedback, creative reviews, prioritization, and career development.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Brand, and Copy teams to translate campaign briefs into effective creative concepts and channel-specific executions.
  • Develop layouts, establish visual hierarchy, and adapt creative across marketing channels while maintaining a cohesive customer experience.
  • Select photography and partner with Brand Creative to ensure imagery supports campaign objectives and aligns with brand standards.
  • Create, maintain, and evolve marketing design systems, templates, and creative guidelines that improve consistency and efficiency across channels.
  • Review and approve creative files to ensure accuracy, quality, and brand consistency before final delivery.
  • Review campaign performance and partner with Marketing to optimize creative based on business results, testing, and customer insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure projects are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with campaign priorities.
  • Stay current on design trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging creative approaches to continuously improve the customer experience.

Criteria
  • 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within ecommerce, retail, or direct-to-consumer marketing.
  • Experience designing integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, display advertising, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Previous experience leading or mentoring designers, with demonstrated success managing creative workflow and providing feedback.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing marketing campaign creative, digital design, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
  • Experience creating light motion graphics and editing short-form video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
  • Experience creating and maintaining design systems, templates, and brand standards across multiple marketing channels.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices and designing creative optimized for channel performance.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to balance hands-on design work with people leadership and cross-functional partnership.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
