As a Mental Health Counselor, your primary duties will include:

• Conducting ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions via secure video conferencing tools.
• Applying solution-focused treatment methodologies tailored to the individual needs of each client.
• Creating personalized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique mental health needs.
• Facilitating discussions that help clients gain insights into their emotions, relationships, and experiences.
• Regularly monitoring client progress and adapting treatment strategies to support their journey toward improved mental health.
• Teaching clients healthy coping mechanisms to navigate their challenges.

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults presenting with a wide range of mental health concerns. To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current, state-issued independent mental health counseling license, such as:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No limited or provisional licenses, without any disciplinary actions against your credentials.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to mental health.
• Strong computer skills, with access to a computer equipped with audio and video capabilities along with a reliable internet connection.

We value candidates with a minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling. Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms and a proactive approach to client engagement will be highly advantageous.
