This position offers a flexible remote work setting, allowing you to operate effectively from the comfort of your home while contributing to our community health clinic's mission. Our team works diligently Monday through Saturday, and you will have the ability to create a schedule that suits your availability, ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week.

• Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, determining their unique clinical needs and appropriate interventions.
• Conduct initial patient evaluations that guide treatment decisions and ensure timely triage of care. This involves gathering crucial history and current challenges from patients and their families.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams through organized documentation and regular meetings, ensuring effective communication regarding treatment plans and progress.
• Utilize your knowledge in social work and counseling to provide evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), substance abuse counseling, and crisis intervention as needed.
• Facilitate case management for assigned patients by connecting them to community resources and programs, streamlining their care with various healthcare and community partners.
• Maintain ethical standards by documenting treatment plans and client interactions in a timely manner as per department protocols.
• Support patients and their families in developing individualized service plans tailored to their specific situations and goals.

Your role will involve working with a diverse range of clients seeking mental health support, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your clinical expertise will be vital in helping these patients navigate their struggles while fostering resilience and empowering them to achieve their behavioral health objectives.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in a mental health setting, providing therapeutic services to individuals and groups.
• Proficient in the use of telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems for conducting virtual sessions and managing patient information securely.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for patient advocacy.

While a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is required, candidates with additional certifications in specific therapeutic modalities, such as trauma-focused therapy or family therapy, will be given preference. Experience in community mental health settings may also enhance your candidacy.

Compensation for this role ranges from USD 60,000 to 104,000 annually, depending on your experience and credentials.
