What You'll Do
  • Provide individual and/or family therapy using evidence-based and creative interventions
  • Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and community partners
  • Maintain a minimum of 25 client hours per week for full-time status
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and case consultations

What We're Looking For
  • Master's degree in a behavioral health field (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LMFT)
  • Active clinical license or on the path to licensure (supervision available as capacity allows)
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Comfort working with diverse populations
  • Familiarity with EHR systems (Valant experience a plus!)
