The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will be instrumental in delivering comprehensive therapeutic services. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients' mental health and developing individualized treatment plans (ITPs) that reflect their unique needs and goals.
• Engaging in pre-session preparation by reviewing case notes and relevant treatment histories to tailor each session appropriately.
• Maintaining detailed and up-to-date client records, both written and electronic, to ensure compliance with state regulations and clinic policies.
• Collaborating with other agency professionals to enhance client treatment through inter-agency consultations and coordination of care.
• Participating in group supervision and training seminars to stay abreast of the latest best practices and methodologies in mental health counseling.
• Scoring, interpreting, and reporting psychometric assessments to aid in the understanding of client progress and therapy effectiveness.
• Contributing to ongoing training and professional development within the team, ensuring continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Documenting case notes, assessments, and evaluations that inform treatment modifications and demonstrate progress.
• Attending organizational meetings, contributing insights on program development, and fostering a culture of collaboration.

This role focuses on a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. The ability to establish rapport and trust with clients is fundamental in this role, as the strength of the therapeutic alliance significantly contributes to positive client outcomes and recovery.

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related discipline.
• Active state licensure as a mental health counselor (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) is required.
• No history of medical malpractice claims, confirmed through third-party verification.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. is mandatory.
• Excellent clinical skills with a demonstrated ability to connect and communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a proactive and compassionate approach to client interactions.

• Experience working in a community health clinic setting.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and tools.
• Previous work with varied client populations, particularly regarding issues surrounding trauma-informed care.
• Experience in writing and maintaining accurate client documentation for insurance and compliance purposes.

This rewarding position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 52,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and licensure. Benefits include:
