This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with an underserved population, helping them navigate the complexities of aging, loss, and life transitions. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for elderly clients, identifying specific psychological and emotional care needs.
  • Provide individualized and group therapy sessions that explore emotional challenges related to aging, including grief, anxiety, and life transitions.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement personalized care plans that address the comprehensive needs of our geriatric residents.

Qualifications
