Our diverse clientele includes individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. This role focuses on building therapeutic relationships that encourage openness and trust, ultimately empowering clients to navigate their mental health journeys. Whether addressing relationship issues, coping with trauma, or managing anxiety, your expertise will be critical in facilitating positive outcomes.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program is required.
  • Current active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Illinois.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and clinical assessment skills, with an emphasis on empathetic patient care.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, enhancing treatment efficacy and client engagement.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, along with additional performance-based bonuses. We recognize the importance of work-life balance by providing generous paid time off, including vacation, personal days, and holidays.
