Inner Spectrum Institute is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team, working remotely within our community health clinic framework. This role allows for a fully remote work setting, which is designed to provide a balanced work-life situation. Our community health clinic setting emphasizes collaboration with fellow mental health professionals, allowing you to engage in interdisciplinary communication and joint efforts for client care. While you will have the flexibility to manage your hours, some evening and weekend availability is required to best serve our clients' diverse schedules.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and resources that support their healing process.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy, integrating evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on clients’ goals, collaborating closely with them to set actionable interventions and expectations.
• Engage in systematic case reviews and participate in collaborative treatment planning with psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure holistic and coordinated care.
• Deliver crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning when necessary, providing immediate support to clients in distress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring seamless communication within the treatment team.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation workshops, enriching clients’ therapeutic experiences and fostering community support.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• Current active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Illinois.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and clinical assessment skills, with an emphasis on empathetic patient care.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, enhancing treatment efficacy and client engagement.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, along with additional performance-based bonuses.
