As our semiconductor Program Manager, based in Middlefield (CT), you will serve as the program owner for strategic initiatives focused on advanced memory and semiconductor packaging applications, driving alignment across internal teams and external partners to deliver against aggressive customer and business objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Own end-to-end execution of key semiconductor programs; Define the program milestones, deliverables, and success criteria, including tracking of KPIs, milestones, risk, and dependencies.
  • Deliver structured, data-driven updates to senior leadership on program status, business impact, and forward-looking needs, ensuring transparency across all stakeholders.
  • Drive escalation and resolution of critical issues impacting program success.
  • Drive accountability for program success metrics including delivery performance, customer satisfaction, and achievement of key business and technical outcomes.
  • Partner with product management and R&D to define and prioritize inputs into New Product Introduction programs and translate customer needs into actionable internal priorities.
  • Work closely with product owners and Agile teams to ensure alignment between program priorities, backlogs, and PI planning cycles.
  • Drive early-stage alignment on feasibility, scope, and cross-functional readiness to support successful NPI outcomes.
  • Function as the key owner and interface for semiconductor customers and external partners, collaborating closely with regional teams to align and execute.
  • Lead across functions, ensuring collaboration and accountability across engineering, product management, applications, and operations to identify risks, dependencies, and execution gaps to drive resolution plans to maintain program performance.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline
  • 6-8 years of experience in the semiconductor industry; preferably with HBM, advanced packaging, memory technologies, or related semiconductor processes
  • Proven leadership and accountability to successfully deliver complex technical programs with measurable business outcomes.
  • Highly execution-driven with the ability to translate strategy into results.
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management competencies
  • Strong communicator across technical teams, customers, and executive leadership
  • Experience with global semiconductor customers, working with Asian semiconductor manufacturers a plus.
  • Experience managing delivery within modern product development systems.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to balance competing priorities.
  • Effective in fast-paced, ambiguous environments requiring structured thinking and decisive action.
  • Domestic and International travel required.
  • Korean language speaking a plus
