Are you an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for dementia care? Do you enjoy leading clinical operations while building meaningful relationships with residents, families, and your team?

Arbor Summit of Park Ridge, offering exceptional Assisted Living and Memory Care, is seeking a compassionate Clinical Manager – Memory Care to help lead the clinical operations of our Memory Care neighborhood. Working alongside the Memory Care Program Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional care and creating a safe, engaging environment for residents living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.

What You'll Do

As the Clinical Manager – Memory Care, you'll oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of the neighborhood while supporting residents, families, and team members.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage the daily operations of the Wellness Center

  • Complete resident assessments and ongoing reassessments

  • Develop and update individualized resident care plans

  • Coordinate resident admissions and maintain accurate EMAR documentation

  • Oversee medication management and incident reporting

  • Partner with the Memory Care Program Manager to ensure exceptional resident care

  • Coach and support caregivers on dementia care best practices

  • Foster positive relationships with residents, families, physicians, and team members

  • Help maintain Arbor's high standards for clinical excellence, programming, dining, and resident experience

  • Ensure compliance with all state regulations, company policies, and clinical standards

  • Participate in leadership meetings and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support quality outcomes

What We're Looking For
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required

  • Minimum one year of experience caring for individuals with dementia

  • Experience working in a Memory Care or senior living setting preferred

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred

  • Strong assessment, communication, coaching, and organizational skills

  • Passion for person-centered care and serving older adults

  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMAR) and Microsoft Office preferred
