An established skilled nursing and rehabilitation center is seeking an experienced and compassionate Memory Care Director to lead our dementia care program. This confidential opportunity is ideal for a dynamic leader who is passionate about enhancing the quality of life for residents living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.

Responsibilities
  • Direct and oversee all aspects of the Memory Care program.

  • Develop and implement engaging, person-centered dementia programming.

  • Collaborate with Nursing, Therapy, Activities, Social Services, and the interdisciplinary team.
