Job description

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Memory Care

Do you have a heart for seniors and a passion for memory care? We’d love to meet you.

Iris Memory Care of Tulsa is a small, freestanding assisted living community dedicated entirely to residents living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. We’re looking for compassionate CNAs who want to make a real difference - every shift, every day.

Why Iris?

  • Small, intimate community - 54 residents across 3 buildings, so you’ll truly know the people in your care
  • Meaningful, specialized work in memory care - not a general floor rotation
  • Age-in-place model - you’ll walk alongside residents through every stage of the journey
  • Competitive pay starting at $16/hr, up to $17/hr based on experience
  • Memory care experience is a plus - and rewarded in pay

What You’ll Do

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and dining
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families
  • Support life enrichment activities, outings, and social programming
  • Monitor and document vital signs and weights as required
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and home-like environment
  • Uphold the dignity, independence, and individuality of every resident

What We’re Looking For

  • Active listing on the Oklahoma Nurse Aide Registry - CNA certification required
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1+ year of experience working with older adults preferred
  • Experience in memory care or with dementia residents strongly preferred
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Genuine compassion for people living with Alzheimer’s and dementia

At Iris Memory Care of Tulsa, you won’t be just another CNA on a large long-term care facility. You’ll be a familiar, trusted face to residents who need consistency and connection. If that sounds like the work you were meant to do, we’d love to hear from you.

Apply today — we’re hiring now.
