What You’ll Do as an LPN Memory Care Manager

  • Lead with heart: Recruit, train, and mentor your team while creating an environment built on trust, compassion, and respect.
  • Inspire & empower staff: Provide coaching, recognition, and professional development to help your team succeed.
  • Deliver exceptional care: Collaborate with families, providers, and staff to ensure residents receive personalized, high-quality support using the Best Friendsâ„¢ Approach to Alzheimer’s care.
  • Ensure safety & compliance: Oversee care plans, safety protocols, and documentation while maintaining regulatory standards.
