WE'RE LOOKING FOR THE BEST
Our companies offer a number of highly competitive internship opportunities in concert and live events industries. For the last 10+ years MOKB Presents has developed some of the most cutting edge live music venues (including HI-FI, HI-FI Annex and LO-FI), launched nationally-recognized concert series and festivals and facilitated event services for some of Indiana's top entertainment companies. Over the years our program has evolved into a jumping off point for many careers in music, events and entertainment. Due to the program's success, and the hands-on experience our interns receive, we experience a high number of applicants for these positions.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum 18 years old, 21+ preferred*
  • Priority is given to rising college juniors and seniors
  • Available for minimum of 20 hours on-site per week for 16-week program
  • Reliable transportation

*Off-site and venue activities may be limited for interns under 21 years of age due state law and venue requirements.
*MOKB does not offer any remote internships at this time

CORE INTERNSHIP PROGRAMS
Marketing, Promotions, & Social Media: Assist marketing team in execution of traditional, digital, and social event marketing campaigns, surface creative ideas, on-site marketing at events, manage and update social media accounts. If you run your extracurricular's instagram account, a successful meme page, or even a stan account-be sure to include it in your portfolio!
Graphic Design: Development of concert and event posters, flyers and online assets for our marketing team (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Please include a link to your portfolio in your application. We'd love to see any animations, posters you created for your friend's band, and passion projects you've been working on!
Sales & Business Development: Research to support new client acquisition, communicate with potential clients, develop and distribute sales materials, prepare proposals, manage client relationships. If you've got a head for numbers, enjoy working with others, and love the feeling of a well-deserved win, this role is for you!
OTHER CONSIDERATIONS
  • This internship is unpaid; however, the position is available for college credit depending on your school's internship requirements.
  • Outside of our core program, we have the flexibility to incorporate strong candidates into other aspects of our business.
  • We work on a rolling timeline and will work with your academic calendar or schedule.
  • Each intern is allotted 2 personal days during the semester in addition to the observance of the following holidays:
