Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a consistent vibe across internal communications, social media channels, and public outreach.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and HR teams to embed humor into campaigns, presentations, and employeeengagement initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of emerging internet trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Lead Vibe Sessions and memecreation workshops that promote a playful work environment.
  • Track engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments) and refine strategies based on performance data.
  • Ensure all content adheres to cultural sensitivity, company policy, and legal standards.
  • Act as the primary consultant for colleagues seeking guidance on memeappropriate communication.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in any interesting discipline (e.g., Communications, Media Studies, Fine Arts, or a selftaught meme specialist).
