Job Overview
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will drive business growth by identifying and developing new opportunities in industrial wastewater treatment. You'll leverage your industry expertise and existing network to deliver tailored solutions to clients in Food & Beverage, Petrochemical, Metals & Mining, and other sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including engineers, consultants, and plant managers.
  • Identify customer needs and present integrated water treatment solutions, including engineering, equipment, and construction services.
  • Demonstrate technical expertise in: Liquid-solid separation (chemical/physical) & biological treatment (DAF, Clarifiers, MBBR, MBR, CAS, Filtration, Dewatering).
  • Membrane filtration & advanced treatment technologies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize solutions and ensure successful project execution.
  • Travel up to 60% to meet clients, attend industry events, and support business development.

Qualifications & Skills
  • A self-starter with an established network and pipeline in industrial wastewater treatment.
  • Proven track record of closing complex, integrated solutions.
  • Strong technical background in liquid-solid separation, biological treatment, and advanced filtration.
  • Ability to work independently and drive sales initiatives with minimal supervision.
