Responsible for overall member retention by delivering the highest quality customer service by listening and responding to all members. Assists members with account maintenance and articulates an extensive knowledge of The EpiFit Club services. Anticipates member needs and interests and recommends programs, classes and services appropriately. The Membership Services Coordinator helps maximize member retention by connecting each member to the right people, place and program.Essential Job Functions:Provide exceptional customer service to all members and guests. Serve as a friendly and knowledgeable resource for inquiries related to memberships, club amenities, and programs.Conduct facility tours for prospective members, showcasing the club's amenities, services, and membership options. Tailor tours to highlight features that align with the individual's fitness goals and preferences.Assist with administrative duties related to membership management, including processing new memberships, updating member information, and maintain accurate records.Attend mandatory quarterly staff meeting.Stays abreast of current club events and helps maintain the club calendar.Actively promotes the EpiFIT Club including all fitness programs, classes, activities, and servicePreferred Qualifications / Competencies:· High School diploma/GED equivalent required.· Must be 18 years of age or older.· Customer service background preferred.· Basic computer proficiency.· A passion for people, fitness and health.
