HOTWORX Redmond | Full-Time | Base + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses

HOTWORX Redmond is hiring a Full-Time Assistant Sales Manager to drive membership growth, build a high-energy sales culture, and help lead one of the most innovative fitness studios in the industry. This is a leadership-track, revenue-driving role and not a front desk position.
Compensation:
  • Competitive base pay: $19–$24/hour (based on experience).
  • Uncapped commission per membership sold.
  • Performance bonuses for meeting/exceeding monthly studio goals.
  • Leadership growth path to Studio Manager.
Your results directly control your income.
Schedule:
  • Full-Time (25–40 hours/week).
  • Flexible weekdays, evenings, and some weekends based on studio needs.
Responsibilities:
  • Drive new membership sales and consistently hit monthly revenue targets.
  • Conduct daily lead follow-ups and outbound calls to maximize conversions.
  • Convert trials into memberships and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
