Chagrin Valley Racquet Club is looking for a dynamic and personable Membership Director to join our team in beautiful Chagrin Falls, OH. In this key leadership role, you'll be the face of our club — driving membership growth, building lasting relationships, and creating an exceptional experience for members old and new. Responsibilities:
  • Lead all membership sales efforts, including prospecting, tours, and new member onboarding
  • Develop and execute membership retention strategies to maximize engagement and reduce attrition
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current members to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Plan and coordinate member events, promotions, and outreach initiatives
  • Track and analyze membership data, trends, and KPIs to inform growth strategies
  • Collaborate with club staff and management to deliver a seamless member experience
  • Represent the club at community events and networking opportunities to drive brand awareness
Requirements:
