Summary Objective:ย 
The Membership Associate leads and manages membership sales generation and ensures all boutique operations are consistent with The NOW Massage Boutique standards. Membership Associates also may assist the management team in all boutique operations.

Essential Functions:

  • Deliver the ultimate massage experience to every guest and member, every time
  • Meet established monthly sales and performance goals by selling and promoting our memberships
  • Assist in Membership Sales as directed by management teamย 
  • Create positive experiences for all guests and prospects
  • Exhibit excellent customer service โ€“ greets members by name, guests, and staff with a smile

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure membership agreements are filled out accurately and completely
  • Ensure every member is checked in in a timely manner
  • Set appointments and maintain schedules
  • Completes follow up calls to prospects, membership renewals, etc.
  • Promote sales of memberships, boutique items, and gift cards
  • Maintain daily cleaning checklist for front desk
  • Leads staff by example
  • Ensures the front desk is operated with the focus on customer service
  • Maintains the desk in clean and efficient order
  • Attends and actively participates in company meetings
  • Interacts with other staff members in a positive, professional manner
  • Assume other responsibilities as needed
  • Work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
