You have previous sales experience, can demonstrate premium customer service abilities, are outgoing, enthusiastic, and have ambition to grow with a developing brand. The Sales Associate is responsible for all 'front of house' duties as well as meeting and exceeding all key performance sales goals.
Duties

- Establishes and maintains an effective referral program
- Maintains accurate records using established CRM systems
- Conducts telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls
- Greets members and guests promptly and enthusiastically
- Responsible for processing accurate cash and credit card transactions
- Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients

Experience

- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous sales experience, with strong sales and membership knowledge
- Solid verbal and written communication skills required
- Able to multi-task and excel in a busy environment
