We are seeking a growth-minded Sales/Membership Manager with proven success in sales, passion for fitness, and a commitment to community-building. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for selling fitness and training memberships, promoting fitness programs, and providing outstanding customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Call leads and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Book appointments
  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Conduct club tours
  • Sell fitness memberships and training packages
  • Maintain a clean and organized front office area and general club upkeep
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Create a fun atmosphere and engage in community events within and outside the club
  • Assist with marketing initiatives and outreach to attract new customers
  • Track sales and membership KPIs
  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions
