Are you looking for a great opportunity in beautiful Orange, CA?  Healthcare Talent is assisting our client in their search for a bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR). The CSR is the first line of contact for members and providers and is vital to the success of our business. The CSR will assist members and providers with questions related to the Medi-Cal, Healthy Families, and OneCare programs for Orange County. 

Job Description
  • Processing member and/or provider information, answering member questions, referring issues to health networks and/or making recommendations for further contacts within the organization.
  • Documents information via the computer system.
  • Verify member eligibility for providers.
  • Function efficiently and productively in a high volume telephone call center.
  • Provide follow-up assistance as needed.
  • Assist data entry and other departments with special projects as needed.
  • Establish and maintain effective interpersonal relationships with members, coworkers and the public.
  • Speak, understand, read and/or write a second language in addition to English may be required for some assignments.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a customer/member service or call center capacity.
  • HMO, Medi-Cal/Medicaid and health services experience preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and either Spanish, Vietnamese, Farsi, or Korean is required.
