Re-Melt Operator – 1st Shift
Location: South Beloit, IL
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
Schedule: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM 
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Re-Melt Operator to join our team in South Beloit, IL. This position works in a foundry environment and is responsible for supporting the melting and processing of metal materials while maintaining safety, quality, and production standards.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Operate re-melt and related foundry equipment safely and efficiently
  • Monitor melting processes and material flow
  • Load raw materials into furnaces according to work instructions
  • Perform routine inspections and quality checks
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation
  • Follow established safety procedures and operating guidelines
  • Assist with housekeeping and the cleanliness of the production area
  • Communicate equipment or process issues to supervisors as needed
Qualifications
  • Previous manufacturing or foundry experience preferred
