We're an independently owned auto repair shop focused on great service and a positive environment for our team.

We're looking for a motivated, experienced Automotive Store Manager to join us!

Your focus: Deliver outstanding customer experiences and manage the shop's operations smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide the service team to maximize sales and ensure top-notch customer visits.
  • Spend most of your time at the front counter, hands-on with sales.
  • Streamline production workflows for better efficiency.
  • Develop your team with training and career growth chances.
  • Boost sales and profits by reviewing reports, spotting opportunities, and taking action.
  • Keep communication open-share goals, sales info, and updates with everyone.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in automotive.
  • 5+ years in sales.
  • Management experience in retail or similar.
