We are seeking a skilled and motivated General Service Automotive Technician to join our team. This dual-role position combines automotive repair and maintenance with customer service and sales at the front counter. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing outstanding service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Automotive Technician Duties:
  • Perform routine maintenance services (oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, etc.) on various vehicle makes and models.
  • Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.

Front Counter and Sales Duties:
  • Greet customers warmly and professionally, providing a positive first impression.
  • Assist customers in understanding their vehicle service needs and explaining recommended services.
  • Process sales transactions, including parts and services, efficiently and accurately.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; automotive certification or relevant training preferred.
  • Proven experience as an automotive technician or in a similar role.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
