Compensation: Base salary + uncapped commission with potential to exceed $150K

MCI Mortgage is the preferred lending partner for Megatel Homes, one of Texas’s fastest-growing home builders. With more than 11 active lagoon communities and an expanding footprint across Texas, Megatel provides a consistent pipeline of high-quality purchase business.

What differentiates MCI Mortgage is simple: exceptional pricing, a full-spectrum product lineup (Conventional, Government, and Non-QM), and the freedom to close both builder and self-generated loans. This is not a traditional builder lender—this is a production-first platform designed for Loan Officers who want volume, support, and earning power.

About the Role

This platform was built by closers, for closers.

At MCI Mortgage, you step into an environment engineered for execution and scale. You are supported by purpose-built systems, Loan Officer Assistants, and a dedicated operations team singularly focused on getting loans cleared and closed - on time.

You will have immediate access to:

  • Over 345 builder spec homes ready to finance
  • Direct Megatel buyer flow
  • Live-transfer and program-generated leads
  • Referrals from the newly launched Meg Prime credit card
  • A broad product suite to solve complex borrower scenarios

Key Responsibilities

  • Originate and close a high volume of purchase and refinance loans
  • Work directly with Megatel Homes buyers and strategic referral partners
  • Convert live-transfer and program-generated leads into funded loans
  • Deliver a best-in-class borrower experience from application through submission
  • Structure loans using MCI’s comprehensive Conforming, Government, and Non-QM products
  • Be available for occasional evening calls to maximize conversion

Qualifications

  • Proven history as a top-producing Loan Officer
  • Strong purchase-loan experience preferred
  • Active NMLS license
  • Excellent communication, follow-up, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, call-driven environment
  • Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and income-focused

Preferred Experience

  • Deep knowledge of Conforming, Government, and Non-QM products, including Bank Statement, DSCR, Asset Depletion, and Foreign National loans
