Job description

OVERVIEW OF THE COMPANY

Fox CorporationUnder the FOX banner, we produce and distribute content through some of the world’s leading and most valued brands, including: FOX News Media, FOX Sports, FOX Entertainment, FOX Television Stations and Tubi Media Group. We empower a diverse range of creators to imagine and develop culturally significant content, while building an organization that thrives on creative ideas, operational expertise and strategic thinking.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Red Seat Ventures partners with the world's top creators across multiple genres to grow and monetize their content — through advertising, subscription, live events, and beyond. We take a multiplatform approach spanning podcasting, video, FAST, and more, backed by our own proprietary tech stack including Supercast (subscription) and Speakeasy (hosting, distribution, and monetization).

Named after Ted Williams' longest home run at Fenway Park, RSV was built with a simple mandate: swing for the fences. Today, we're the fastest-growing creator network, backed by Tubi Media Group and Fox Corporation.

ABOUT YOU

You are a technical operator with strong commercial instincts who lives at the intersection of platform expertise and customer success. You enjoy being the trusted partner who makes things work — the person an agency programmatic lead, a DSP integration team, or an internal seller calls when they need to debug a deal, optimize performance, or unlock a new use case. You have a deep grasp of the programmatic ecosystem and you know that the difference between a good campaign and a great one often comes down to the technical foundation. You are excited about working with premium creator inventory and helping advertisers understand how to win in a brand-safe, high-engagement audio environment. This role reports to the VP of Ad Tech & Revenue Strategy and works closely with the programmatic sales, ad ops, and ad tech teams across RSV.

SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned agency, DSP, and direct buyer accounts
  • Own the technical onboarding, integration, and ongoing support for programmatic deals across PMP, PG, and Preferred Deal structures
  • Troubleshoot deal performance issues including discrepancies, under-delivery, targeting failures, and creative rejection
  • Partner with the Programmatic Account Executives to support pre-sale technical discussions, RFP responses, and deal structure recommendations
  • Build and maintain strong technical relationships with DSP integration teams, agency programmatic leads, and measurement partners
  • Provide proactive optimization recommendations based on deal performance, audience analytics, and platform capabilities
  • Coordinate with internal Ad Operations, yield, and product teams to elevate and resolve complex technical issues
  • Identify upsell opportunities through deeper technical integration, new product attach, and expanded deal scopes
  • Maintain account health documentation, technical playbooks, and integration runbooks
  • Stay current on emerging ad tech standards, identity solutions, attribution methodologies, and platform updates
  • Support internal training and knowledge sharing across the sales and operations teams
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
  • 3+ years of technical account management, ad operations, solutions engineering, or programmatic platform experience
  • Hands‑on experience with SSP and DSP technology (The Trade Desk, DV360, AdsWizz, Magnite, Yahoo, Amazon DSP)
  • Working knowledge of attribution and measurement partners (Podscribe, Magellan AI, Claritas, Nielsen, Kantar)
  • Strong understanding of programmatic deal types, deal ID architecture, header bidding, and yield optimization
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills; comfortable digging into discrepancies, log files, and platform diagnostics
  • Strong client‑facing communication skills; able to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders
  • Experience with audio or podcast programmatic preferred (AudioMax, Adrise, Megaphone, Triton)
  • Proficient in Excel, Salesforce, and standard ad ops tooling; SQL fluency a strong plus
  • Collaborative, proactive, and reliable; you are the person teammates and clients trust to follow through
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. We will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories consistent with applicable law.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $74,000.00-120,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
