Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute meetings, events, and team activities.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand goals and recommend themes, catering, setup, and decor.
  • Manage all event logistics including catering, AV, space setup, and coordination with IT/facilities.
  • Directly responsible for event setup, teardown, and on-site execution.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance.
  • Track budgets, expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
